All items are handmade, hand‑printed or hand‑finished. This means small variations in colour, shape or finish are normal and not considered faults.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Postage is calculated at checkout based on box size, weight and packaging.

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments through our payment provider. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier. We cannot guarantee arrival dates unless a guaranteed service is selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Chocolate affected by warm weather
Items damaged through misuse

Customers must check all allergen information before purchasing. We cannot refund allergy reactions or sensitivities.

Children must be supervised when using crayons, chocolate shapes or items containing small parts.

Not suitable for children under 3 years due to choking hazards.
