How long does my order take to make?
Hand‑printed items: up to 5 working days Chocolates & crayons: 1–2 working days Mixed orders: usually 1–2 working days, depending on items.
Can I change my order after placing it?

How much is postage?
Postage is based on box size:
- Small box (20cm Ă— 30cm): ÂŁ4.95
- Medium box: ÂŁ6.95
- Large box: £7.95 Tracked delivery add‑on: + £5.95
How long does delivery take?
Standard Royal Mail: 2–4 working days Tracked: 1–3 working days Special Delivery: guaranteed only if selected at checkout.
Do you use recycled packaging?
Yes — we use recycled and reused packaging wherever possible to reduce waste.
🍫 Chocolate & Heat
Will chocolate melt in warm weather?
Chocolate may soften or bloom during hot periods. Minor melting is normal and not considered damage.
What if my chocolate arrives fully melted?
Email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Are your crayons safe for children?
Yes — but children must be supervised. Not suitable for under 3s due to small parts.
Are your crayons edible?
No — they are wax crayons, not food.
🎨 Handmade Items
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
All items are handmade, so small variations in colour or finish are normal.
Do you accept returns for personalised items?
We cannot accept returns for personalised items unless we made an error.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us with photos within 48 hours and we’ll help.
Can I return an item I changed my mind about?
Non‑personalised items may be returned if unused and in original condition.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
